Breakfast
the best scrambled eggs
3 pasture-raised eggs
1 TBSP ghee or butter
2 generous pinches of kosher sea salt
cracked black pepper
shaved parmesan cheese
1 cup of fresh greens
drizzle of olive oil
squeeze of half a lemon
Drink
morning coffee
1 pack of king coffee (reishi) or 8 oz coffee of choice
1 TBSP butter or coconut cream
2 scoops hydrolyzed collagen
1 tsp maple syrup
pinch of Ceylon cinnamon
blend ingredients together with frother or blender. Pour over ice or service hot.
Dinner

Menu: Marinated Sirloin Steaks and bone broth rice. Served with fresh salted greens and sourdough bread.
for steaks:
sirloin steaks
sea salt
cracker pepper
paprika
dried herbs of choice (my favorite are basil, parsley, and thyme)
olive oil
Bone Broth Rice:
2 cups white rice (we use Anson Mills)
4 cups chicken or beef bone broth (homemade or we use kettle fire)
Sea salt (if broth is unsalted)
